Miley Cyrus is a popular actress and musician based out of Los Angeles, California. Since 2002 Cyrus has released two best selling albums and has starred in several films and television series including the extremely popular Hannah Montana.
Both of her albums have debuted at #1 on the US Billboard charts with seven chart-topping singles including "See You Again" which made its way into the top #10. She has garnished awards around the world including a recent Golden Globe nomination for her song "I Thought I Lost You" featured in the animated film Bolt.
Cyrus has also begun promoting the Hannah Montana film which will be released this year. Though her title role as Hannah Montana has proven successful, her work outside of Disney has established her as a world-wide icon. In 2008, Miley Cyrus was listed as #59 in Time magazine's 100 Most Influential People in the World.
